Bryce Boeder
Principal Broker | Owner
Born and raised on Kauai. Bryce comes from an entrepreneurial family which started the first bus company on Kauai, Akita Bus. He graduated from Waimea High School in 2002 and went on to obtain an Associates degree in Electronics and an Associates degree in Networking from Heald College on Oahu. In 2017, Bryce obtained his real estate salesperson license and went on to obtain his Brokers license in 2022. Bryce has long time experience in real estate sales, as a landlord, property manager, and a construction project manager with his own properties in Hawaii and Texas.

Dominique Boeder
Office Manager
Dominique Boeder is the Office Manager at Roman Real Estate and loves helping people.
Before Roman Real Estate she spent the majority of her career as a Timeshare Concierge and Management. She also attended Kaua'i Community College and earned her Associates Degree in Electronics Technology.
While being the Office Manager is her primary job function by day, Dominique also enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
