We provide full service marketing through various platforms to get your property rented out as fast as possible.

Tenant’s will be thoroughly screened. This includes background checks, verify financial responsibility, job security, dependability and integrity.

We handle all aspects of getting your investment rented in the shortest time possible.

We collect all revenue and deposits on a monthly basis. Client funds will be deposited into a Trust account at a Federally Insured Bank in Hawaii.

Owner’s net proceeds will be distributed by the 20th day of each month for the prior month.

We conduct inspections upon move-in, move-out, and throughout the tenancy to ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Repairs costing above $400 will require approval from the owner. In case of emergency, we will act promptly to minimize any losses.

We maintain a file for the tenant with records of rental payments, leases and notices, inspections, repair requests and their resolution, and receipts for work done.

Owner’s will receive a monthly statement showing income and expense and an annual statement for your rental property along with a 1099 for tax purposes.

Performing rental property inspections is important because it allows us to maintain and verify the property is in good condition.

These are especially important when it is an occupied rental property.

While evictions are not too common, they do happen. In the event, we will deal with the eviction process for you.
